WHEN CLOWNS, ICE CREAM AND TRANSFORMERS MEET

The vehicle shoot-em-up from our not too distant ice cream apocalypse was released on the 14th. Reviews have been favorable to the latest in the series, the last proper one released way back in 2001 on the PS2. Expect clowns, doll faces, transformer robots and hearses, followed by Fox News claiming that Sweet Tooth is the Anti-Christ.

MOJANG MAKES A GAME

Mojang, the Swedes responsible for Minecraft are making a game within two days, which can be viewed over at humblebundle.com. All proceeds from the game, both now and after completion will go to charity. Their fans voted for them to make a Steampunk RTS, which disappointed me cause I was so hoping for a Candy Land Peter Molyneux game.

EVERY CIVILIZATION NEEEDS A GOD

Firaxis announced Gods and Kings, an expansion pack to Civilization V, as well as new chairs to replace the ones you’ll be seating in for weeks after it release. The pack brings back religion and spies, as well as some old leaders and brand new units, city states and Wonders, including the Terracotta Soldiers from China, as well as the iPad2 Factory.

NOW HE’S GONE, WE’LL PLAY GAMES

The latest Mac update 10.8 Mountain Lion will encourage more iOS integration, especially with Game Centre now available on the Mac, which will allow you to synch games and achievements on it, as well as in game voice chat and rumoured cross platform play. Finally, gaming on the Mac done by Apple. Was that so hard guys?
