New TV Spot For 'The Raven'
I am really looking forward to James McTeigue's 'The Raven.' It's a dark thriller set in the final days in the life of Edgar Allan Poe (played in the film by John Cusack). It seems a serial killer is committing heinous murders styled after Poe's macabre stories, so Poe himself is enlisted to help catch the killer. The new TV spot released this week shows more interaction between Poe and the killer; the murderer revealing to Edgar that he is the writer's biggest fan. The shot of the woman buried alive is quite chilling, and a great nod to Poe's 'The Premature Burial.' Take a look at the TV spot below and let us know what you think.

Like the guy who commented below, premise sounds dope. However, looking at the trailer it seems whack as fuck. Maybe it's the editing, bit it seemed to fast-paced and cliche.

I was intrigued by the premise. When I saw the first trailer, I lost interest. Now, I'm just done with it. Of course, after that Straw Dogs incident, I'm afraid to tweet my disinterest lest John Cusack come after me.
