At this point, I don't need to see trailers for new Disney/Pixar films. If Pixar is involved, I'm going to see the movie no matter what. However, this recent trailer for their upcoming 'Brave' does hit upon several of the elements that make us love Pixar films in the first place: outstanding lead characters, emotionally resonate stories, and tear-jerking music. I absolutely love this trailer, and I'd hazard you will too. Take a look below and let us know what you think.

'Brave' hits theaters June 22nd

And really?!

How could ANYONE say this is like How To Train Your Dragon when I see Scottish and bears and not Norwegians and dragons....

Think people... think!

Don't really see why some people are saying Pixar is "back".

Personally I thought Cars 2 was a good movie. Not great, but good. And even if Cars 2 was a bad movie, Pixar has already done 10 amazing movies back to back. No body (or company) is perfect. Just because they made one bad movie, doesn't mean all there history was erased.

After Cars 2 I'm scared just a little for the future of Pixar. So this better be good. Don't act like they can't be going downhill just a little bit people. Pixar is amazing, but every great empire has it's rise, and fall. Hell maybe cars 2 isn't a sign of future failure, but instead they'll have a few meh movies, and the rest continue to be amazing. idk. I just don't think we needed another Cars movie. Maybe I've just gone on a tiny Cars rant. lol

Looks like its taking place in the same universe as How to Train Your Dragon.

I don't really get why people think the plot is cliche. Yes, the "princess who wants more" story line has been done a million times, but that's because there are no new stories, just new ways of telling them. Who knows, maybe the movie will be one big cliche, but I have faith in Pixar.

I give Pixar a free pass for doing Cars 2, which to me is not BY FAR a terrible movie. Its just a meh movie. I wouldn't forgive them if they fucked up Toy Story 3, but they didn't and made that into a brilliant movie. So one studio made one or 2 bland movies out of the MANY great and outstanding movies they have done, which other studios have a 50/50 ratio of good and terrible movies. And Pixar may have the sequel to Monsters Inc., but they have other original and very creative movies coming as well.

PIXAR IS COMING BACK TO RETAIN ITS GLORY!

@Calvin: Craig Ferguson IS in the movie. I believe he voices a character named Lord Macintosh.

Maybe it's just me, but a lot of these trailers seem really poorly edited and disjointed. I have no doubt that the actual movie will kick ass, however.

Its a shame this movie came after The Hunger Games. This new protagonist seems to have a lot in common with Katniss, except she well off unlike Katniss who is starving.
