If it's crap ... We'll tell you
On this glorious Friday, we thought we'd give you a little bonus to send you off into your weekend. We have for you not one, not two, but three new images each from a different 2013 superhero blockbuster. First, Hugh Jackman strikes an angry pose in James Mangold's 'The Wolverine.' Next, Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) gives Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.) a bear hug in Shane Black's 'Iron Man 3.' And finally, Superman (Henry Cavill) is in hot water with the authorities in the latest image from Zack Snyder's 'Man of Steel.' Sure, there is nothing revolutionary about the stills, and no new insights into their respective movies can be gleaned from them, but they do serve as fitting reminders of just how massive the summer of 2013 will be. Color me stoked. Take a look at the images below and let us know what you thin.
'Iron Man 3' hits theaters May 3rd; 'Man of Steel' on June 14th; 'The Wolverine' on July 26th

Comment by Joshua "P" on January 13, 2013 at 3:37am Watchman was the worst comic book movie in the last few years. Man of Steel will be the second worst.
Comment by C on January 13, 2013 at 12:03am You're all missing the most important thing in this article:
Christopher Meloni, far right in the Man of Steel pic.
Comment by B.Bally on January 12, 2013 at 10:46pm @Magi: "@RogueLatina: woah, rage much? So, they should only say positive things and read/watch Superman material from 1996 on? Yes, because recently DC has done such a GREAT job of that, or that the animated series meant anything."
Well, Kurt Busiek's run was in my opinion superior to a huge number of Superman stories pre-1996 especially Dan Jurgen's run, Superman for All Seasons was a great story, Geoff John's Superman and The Legion of Superheroes fixed the legion timeline, which was mess due to sloppy management by DC. And the Animated series was awesome, best use of Superman's supporting cast, even had the best Lex Luthor PERIOD as well as the best version of Krypton.
And I'm sticking to my gun, Morrison's run on Action Comics is for the most part great, that "violent/douchy" (and I say that term loosely because I don't buy it) Superman came and went in Morrison's run while that version lasted quite a while in the early Post Crisis stories by Byrne and Wolvman.
Comment by ShadowNeverDies on January 12, 2013 at 9:56pm @Happy Birthday Roboto: You want a director you hate to fail, personally I'd love for the directors I don't like to turn their careers around so I can see better films Of course I don't get why you think Snyder is a hack, you're acting like he has no idea how to shoot a film at all...like he directed Battlefield Earth or something. Now Sucker Punch looked cool but it suffered because it's obvious Snyder doesn't know how to write a film, but direction wise I was always with Carlyle on Snyder. I mean we all hated Ben Affleck and look what happened there.

Comment by Anthony Stokes on January 12, 2013 at 7:49am Am I the only person not interested in Superman even slightly. Zack Snyder directing a Nolan script sounds like the most dumbest wana be smart movie. Watchmen 2.0

I'm guessing that the reason you think I should watch any Superman show made after 1996 is because you read my article where I said his best years were from 1986 to 1996, but I also mentioned there that I have been following him since then to now.
Look a lot of people think that Snyder is a front man only and that the real brains of the outfit is Nolan, that's not so, Snyder convinced Legendary Pictures and Warners to finance and distribute his Sucker Punch film and if all they wanted was a front man then Warners would have gone with an unknown and not a celebrity who warrants a large fee.
I want to see a Superman film do well but I don't want to see Snyder, whom I believe to be incompetent, succeed, but I have no say in the matter so all I can do is watch like everyone else!
