Jeff Wadlow is hoping to pick up where Matthew Vaughn left off with 'Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall.' Aaron Johnson returns as the DIY superhero out to stop the sinister Red Mist (Christopher Mintz-Plasse). This time around, however, Kick-Ass is not alone. He is joined by a vigilante team who were inspired by his actions. This latest shot from the set, tweeted by Mintz-Plasse, seems very routine, except when taking a closer look at the costume Kick-Ass is wearing. It appears to be armor modeled after Big Daddy's (Nicolas Cage) armor from the first film. Cage's Big Daddy was one of the best parts of 'Kick-Ass' so I'm glad to see a bit of his legacy appearing in the sequel. Take a look at the pic below and let us know what you think.

'Kick-Ass 2' hits theaters June 28th, 2013

@Davril Chorster
Hold on, you like the comic but NOT the film? *Jumps out of nearby window then comes back into house picking glass out of face*
You want a good adaptation of the comic? Watch Super.
You want an all-around fun action-comedy on par with Edgar Wright's adaptation of Scott Pilgrim? Matthew Vaughn's Kick-Ass delivers on all fronts.
That's how I feel anyway, which is strange because I had completely contrary expectations.

i love the first film mainly cause it had great action and funny scenes that being said i expect the second to be more crazier.

The first film is fucking garbage, so why should this film be any good?  That being said, air do like the comics.

Also, @CoffeeSpill, the blonde girl in the picture IS Hit-Girl.
