Lets hope Peter J, Edgar wright and Steve Spielberg don't pull a Miami dream team on us. (as a kid)  I really enjoyed Tintin as a comic version of Johnny Quest the cartoon show.

OK so the writer of Dr. Who, and Steven Spielburg? it looks like geeks (including my little brother.) are freaking out. I'll see it because Pixar failed this year, and the best animated feature statuette might go to... Rango?

Peter Jackson, Edgar Wright and Steven Spielberg...

I don't care if the animation style looks like an amalgamation of the Rob Zemeckis films. I'm holding out that this will be great stuff

I hate that type of animation, but I love Tin Tin comics and it's Steven Spielberg! so I've got my hopes up. Maybe it will change my opinion on the realistic animation shit.

Hopefully they promote this well. Cuz most Americans like me have never heard of Tin Tin. But judging by who's behind it, who wrote it, and the stuff I've seen so far, it looks fantastic.

@Microshock - Really? Tintin is to Europe like Dick Tracy or The Hardy Boys are to us Americans.
