Peter Jackson's 'The Hobbit' has enjoyed a parade of promotional material up to this point, but an entire scene from the movie? I don't think we've gotten one of those yet. This new clip may be short, but its importance cannot be overlooked. It is the moment in which Bilbo (Martin Freeman) is given his sword Sting by Gandalf (Sir Ian McKellen). Given how much that sword also factors into the 'Lord of the Rings'trilogy, it's a thrilling moment. Take a look at the clip below and let us know what you think.

'The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey' hits theaters December 14th

Every single Hobbit story on Spill.com keeps saying December 25th as the release date, but it is out December 14th.

FUCK YES!!!!!! 15 more days. God save us all those will be the longest days we shall ever know. I have been waiting patiently all year. The Batman fans got there movie, so did the Twilight fans and the Avengers fans. Now, its our time.
