Joe Magaletta posted a statusI can't wait to see 'Mission: Impossible-Ghost Protocol' if for no other reason than the fact that Simon Pegg is getting a bigger role. In this recently released clip from the upcoming film, the fourth in the franchise, Pegg and costar Jeremy Renner have a conversation about their strategy for the latest mission. What I like about this scene is that it's a comedic acknowledgment of the absurd logistics involved in every undertaking by this IMF team. Take a look and tell us what you think.
'Mission: Impossible-Ghost Protocol' hits theaters December 21.

Comment by Christian Bergman Jr. on December 10, 2011 at 9:05am Oh God, I do hope there's a lot of momentum in this thing and they don't end up, like, putting the film on pause while they do these skits ... they're funny but only when they're not in the way.
Their attaching another batman prologue? hells to the yea, they did the same for the dark knight with I am Legend.
Comment by Kyle Scott on November 23, 2011 at 10:51am Thats a good teaser clip - it looks like they were smart in which one they chose. I am glad it's not just an over the top action shot. Hitchock - "don't show them whats in the bag, threaten to show them."
Comment by Nikhil Sunil on November 22, 2011 at 9:16pm @Darth geekboy: Hey, Tom Cruise is a good actor, its just that the films he's good in aren't that many. And he was really good in Mission Impossible 3.
Love Simon Pegg. Love Jeremy Renner. Love Brad Bird. 6 minute prologue of The Dark Knight Rises attached to the film.
I need to see this now.

Comment by TheMantaBluRay on November 22, 2011 at 4:20pm This clip looks as if Ghost Protocol will be my favorite MI film. I would love this film if Jeremy Renner would be a big part of the film. The prior Mission Impossible movies are mixed bag films. They had great directing, visuals, and acting but the scripts are either convoluted (MI:1), dumb (MI:2), or basic (MI:3).
Comment by The Boss on November 22, 2011 at 3:13pm i just wanna see the first minutes of the dark knight rises, babyyyy!!!!!!!!
