Well I've seen alot of complaints and crying over Disney buying Marvel and even i was frustrated at first but then I thought. Why should I be sad or angry? Disney usually doesn't do bad buisness and with all the information coming out, it doesn't seem to change many plans. Now everyone's been crying "Now all the marvel movies will suck and be G", now I know that's an exageration but still, Disney owns alot of production companies, some of which produce R and
PG-13, I mean Pulp Fiction was produced by a disney owned production company. So i'm not worried about many of the super-hero movies getting watered down, however I would watch for Mavel Knight charachters like punisher because those may get watered down but even that's a small chance.
But yeah even I recognize that Disney will slowly incorporate Marvel charachters, but I don't expect to see micky and thor standing side by side an time soon. At the quickest pace the only thing you will see is disney shows like erggh "Hannah Montanna" incorporating small props like web shooters and even that's not going to ruin your image of marvel. Oh and no worries "super hero island" at islands of adventures won't be going anywhere the park supposedly has a good contract incase of this sort of situation. Also spider-man movie's rights are still in the hands of sony, just like iron-man is still in the hands of the production company with the contract.
So yeah people Stan Lee and the other leaders of marvel aren't stupid I'm sure they got a good contract. Just think of it like I do, as a night club. Disney's the owner, ABC is the bouncer, Marvel is the new bartender and things like Hannah Montanna, Lost, and now Hulk and friends are the Hoes trying to stay popular so they can still get in.
