yeah the best film of 2008 in my opinion is The Wrestler.
About the top worst list, i really dont have time to watch bad movies, but 2 bigest dissapointments of 08 for me where Benjamin Button and What just happend- i was looking forwad to this becouse its De Niro and Bruce Willis in a "comedy" about hollywood, it was terible.
