Welcome to part 2 of my blog about Bands and musicians who deserve a really fantastic film to be made about them.
here is the link to part one in case ya missed it :Part Uno
Up first is my favourite band ever, THE RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS.
For me, this movie would be a god send. From the early funky rock rap days in the LA underground scene, to major prominence with the Blood Sugar Sex Magic album, onward to the return of John Frusciante to the band, this film would, again, have such an unreal story and ass stomping soundtrack. If you've read Anthony Kiedis' autobiography then you'll already know that his own story is mental. Add Frusciante's hectic insane heroin fuelled years of poisoning himself and you have a classic. Plus some mental drunken Flea moments and an ass kicking by drummer Chad Smith here and there.
Cool Scene: The exit of Dave Navarro and Frusciante's first gig back, straight out of rehab.
Neil Young:
One of rocks greats, out done only by Dylan by sheer quantity and quality levels. The 60's and 70's story of Young would be a good film because he is such a talent. Moments like refusing to be filmed at Woodstock and threatening the cameramen, being seen with a lump of cocaine on his nose in the Scorsese's 'The Last Waltz' and playing with Crosby, Stills and Nash are sure to enthral. He was also a huge influence on Curt Kobain and Nirvana who are outstanding in there own right and who would definitely make a great film too.
Cool scene: His comeback in '89 with 'Keep on Rockin in the free World'.
Next, The Rolling Stones.
Nothing i can say will do these guys justice. Yes Jagger is a cock head, but utterly entertaining. Ronnie Wood and Keith Richards are two of the greatest guitarists of their time, and their time included Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton and Hendrix.
Satisfaction guaranteed.
Cool scene: Clip below where Richards attempts to smash stage runner with guitar.
Well thats about all I can think of who have a great story and have the music to match.
Thanks for reading and do tell of all the "Greats" I've left out. Bye now
The early life of Dave Mustaine would make a great movie. Everything from his teens to the early days of Metallica, and then to the early days of Megadeth.
O.K. SO I have never done a review before..so my very first here and now!
Tell me what you guys think ^_^

Mr. Ichabod Wow...I'm one of the VERY few minority of people who, surprisingly...didn't like Avatar as much as I hoped I would, unlike everybody else.=/
