More Epic Mickey Pictures and Information

Disney Interactive Studios will be releasing Epic Mickey for Wii in fall 2010. Warren Spector is intending to show us the darker side of Mickey Mouse. He lives along with some other forgotten Disney characters who live in a Fantasia world created by a sorcerer Yen Sid (Disney backwards).

The Plot involves Mickey dealing with Oswald the rabbit seeking his revenge. He literally was Walt Disney's first cartoon creation but when Disney lost the rights to the character gave him up and began making cartoons about Mickey who is now immensely popular. In this game Oswald wants his popularity back.

Looks interesting. Disney sure is getting dark these days first Kingdom Hearts and now this? Mickey is just a silly cartoon character with a falsetto voice and a good-look for a company logo and their still trying to make an epic video game adventure around him?

I'm very intrigued and even though I don't play video games too much anymore, this is a game I am definitely going to buy, even if it is just out of morbid curiosity.

Grrreeat art style, looks fantastic to this day. Epic mickey could really have been interesting if it didn't look like crash bandicoot for PS one...
