Monsters vs Aliens and Walk, Don't Run

i've been in a funk lately so i just watch whatever the hell is near me. I went to watch Monsters vs Aliens with a friend on a Wednesday afternoon. definitely a matinee or a rental movie. its cute but its easy to just nap. its not exciting, it doesn't make me forget that i'm too old to watch this. the animation is amazing as usual. but it was very eh at best

i just received "Walk, Don't Run" from Netflix. It features Cary Grant, Jim Hutton, and Samantha Eggar. It's a romantic comedy. you can imdb the synopsis , i'm too lazy to explain it. i enjoyed it. especially when the couple declares their love to each other and the guy runs to the girl. very cute movie.although some of the jokes about the japanese bothered me (i.e. incessant bowing) it wasn't really the point of the movie. tokyo was mainly the prop and i think it was well done. very good movie.
