Megan Fox to Die in Transformers 3?

So apparently the Fox-Bay feud is going to be settled in the upcoming Transformers 3: Attack of the Explosions. The rumor mill is now spouting that Michael Bay wants to kill of Megan Fox's character in the first few scenes of the next movie to be replaced by an all-new hot (and most likely acting-deficient) star. Bay also wants to take pleasure in this by having her die in the goriest way possible (even less likely due to the PG-13 rating that Spielberg will be quick to enforce).
Reason for this funny tidbit in news is that Bay is officially tired with Fox, especially after she blasted Transformers 2 prior to release. Apparently Mikey Bay doesn't like it when people who work with him criticize his work, possibly explaining why he gets worse and worse as a director.
So is this cause for celebration, or could this move hurt the potential sequel now in the works? What do you guys think?

Wow really what the fuck is this the only reason why we even
watched his crappy version of transformers was to see megan fox
and killing her off the movie would be really bad cause she too pretty to die by a machine
monster stepping on her so maybe just firing the actress and replacing her would be easier
