Yeah, what I said isn't excusable and can't be taken back. It'd be crap to say I didn't mean it. My problem is just the amount of time being spent on this issue- even though I'm doing just as much to prolong the discussion to keep talking about it. It's that there are two simple solutions: give it to them or don't. The amount of time that could be spent on vital issues that affect us all as opposed to a certain group of people is being used on this issue that can be answered with a Yay or Nay from the courts.

As for language, I figured if those for it will accuse those who said 'Yes' of being rabid fundamentalists, closet cases, or equating them with Nazis or the Klan, I can slip one or two words as simple as people who say that gays are the "new n*ggers." I guess not. If someone took that right, no, I wouldn't like it. But that's mostly because I'm still in college and marriage is one of the last things on my mind.

i just want to say that because everyone is thinking that the church is hurting them when they are not. Sometime its more of the other way around. and its funny what co-host said about getting gays to attack people because its already happened look at this.

Mr. Kansas Law Dog, nobody is forcing any church to marry gay people, marriage is a legal contract, regardless of any religion you believe in, they're not arguing with the church, they're arguing about their legal right to recognize their union as legal and have the same rights like everybody else. When anybody ever mentioned church?

And the Spill Nation is a very close comunity, the whole "Carlyle is crazy and drinks too much coffee" posts prove it.
