Hope I'm not too late too the bullshit if I am you guys should lock this after you select topics/when you do the show.

Anyway I just got finished with the 1974 'classic' horror 'Sugar hill' about a black woman who uses voodoo zombies to avenge the death of her fiancee. Its cheesy bad due to like badly scripted and badly paced fights, and script full of clichéd lines and half baked sub plots. Its on netflix and is easily the one film I want to see remade today, due to the type of zombies, the lack of gore in the original and the special effects on the zombies.

The thing I want to focus on is one of the leads: Don Pedro Colley. Don plays the Loa(voodoo god) of death, and he has some fun with that roll, having huge booming laugh sceens and being very coonish at times to trick that white man into sugar's traps. If not for his golden grill you could possibly mistake him for a crazy coonish uncle popcorn, even to the point that at the end of the movie has a choice between Sugar who is a light choclate sista( afro and all) and the evil white bitch, he carries off the white woman laughing into the night.
