Well, you might be correct if you were talking about New York, L.A., Chicago, Detroit, or Miami.
However, Baltimore is a city that stands head & shoulders above any other American cosmopolis in its sheer lack-a-daisical approach to its collective misdeeds. Rivaled only by New Orleans in its overall level of effortless distortion of facts & undulating malice.
