Intense New 'Riddick' Image
Thanks to Vin Diesel's Facebook page, a movie I barely knew existed just a few months ago is quickly moving up my list of most anticipated films of 2013. 'Riddick,' the third big screen adventure to feature the furious Furyan reunites Diesel with director David Twohy, who also helmed 2004's 'The Chronicles of Riddick' as well as 2000's 'Pitch Black.' This latest image from 'Riddick' shows our titular hero wielding a pretty righteous blade in what appears to be a rain-soaked battle. Again, Diesel delivers awesome behind-the-scenes insight. I know that there are people who hate TCOR and at the box office it didn't meet its budget. Yet, it did sell over 1 million DVD's when it came out. I like the Director's cut of it and knowing where the cuts were for the theatrical version I may not have liked it. I also don't have a problem with its pacing. I like some movies that are like pace and I also like the concepts the movie brought out so I am exciting about continuing it with a new movie.

So far this has shown some great promise. I really like the last two films (though I need to re-watch I do remember Chronicles getting hated like it committed a crime so I should check it again to be sure) so I think this might be up my alley. I just love the whole look of the thing. It's basically a guilty pleasure.
