@Sesar S: Depends on your preference in regards to the situation. For example, Hall & Nash were promo experts when dealing with characters/wrestlers who were dynamic on the mic... therefore giving fans a reason to care for the babyfaces.

DX (HHH & HBK) were comedians who just happen to wrestle better than most when paired together. They fed off one another's canniness and manipulated fans and their peers with spontaneous adult (crude) humor, which definitely worked in the late 90's era.

Side note to all the "True Rasslin Fans" who are complaining about Jeff, Jason, Aaron and Cesar's (spelling on the last two?) treatment of this game.  Big fan of wrestling.  Loved the attitude era, but it's all a big testosterone based soap opera.

Also Jericho, one of the best performers of all time, on Jimmy Fallons show talked about how important the storylines are in wrestling because (and I'm paraphrasing) "Take away the story and it's a couple of half naked oiled up men rolling around in the ring."  If one of the biggest names in wrestling can poke fun at it, why get annoyed if others do it as well?

As a fan, I loved what the Loading Bar did with the game and review.  Keep up the solid work guys.
