Austrailian filmmaker Alex Proyas(The Crow, I' Robot, Dark City) brings us another visually stunning movie but this time not in Science Fiction or dark Romance but in a Comedy about a rock band trying to make it big while dealing with their own personal problems. Kick Kurry(Speed Racer) gives a great performance as the main character and lead singer of the band but what really makes this film so awesome is it's fast paced story, cool soundtrack, beautiful cinematography, and excellent direction.

I first watched this film on the Independent Film Channel and I after the end credits I said to myself "Why wasn't this film praised by critics and why didn't it get a wider release?". I truely believe 'Garage Days' deserves to get more reconignition because the whole film has such a great upbeat vibe that makes you feel happy at the end. When you watch this you might get a little bit of a 'Trainspotting' feel, but only in some scenes.

I highly recommend this film and I would also like to recommend another rock and roll film called 'Rock On!!'.

Rating-Full Price!!

Sounds interesting. I like Proyas' work. Dark City probably being my favorite. I heard Knowing was that bad, for a Cage flick anyway..
