Fuck the Dark Knight Fanboys
Alright, now that the Superbowl is over, I need to write this. I have tried to ignore them, but these Dark Knight fanboys are really pissing me off, especially the ones who are giving MDS so much shit right now.
Look, I loved The Dark Knight. I FUCKING ADORED The Dark Knight. If The Dark Knight was a woman I would never feel lonely again.
That being said, you are all being rediculous. MDS said that he liked The Dark Knight, he just had a few problems with it. He never said he hated the movie, but even if he did, so what? He is entitled not to drink the Kool Aid if he doesnt want to (even though the Kool Aid is orgasmically good). All you people are doing is taking someone who has a slightly different opinion than you do and trying to tear him down because of it.
And for all of you who are going on about The Dark Knight not getting nominated for Best Picture, lets look at some of the movies that have WON or were nominated for Best Picture. Do any of you honestly believe that The Dark Knight is on the same level as The Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, Braveheart, The Godfather, Lord of the Rings: Return of the King, Finding Neverland, No Country for Old Men, Gangs of New York, American Beauty, The Green Mile and Pulp Fiction?
Some of the Movies I listed didn't even WIN best picture, and you honestly think that The Dark Knight can compare to them?

Hell, I think that the people who really have a problem with stuff like this are a bunch of sad asses 'cause its really not that damn serious. I think its crazy that ones opinion can 'cause this much ruckus.
But I really think that they get frustrated 'cause he can defend his views over and over again so they're just like "fuck this guy" and actually hate him.
But i guess its gonna be what its gonna be. I guess they are really what you call "Fan Boys".

Oh, I say let them bash me personally instead of actually trying to defend their own opinions about the movie. It just shows that they can't separate their opinions from the ones they were TOLD to have. Which I find both funny as well as sad.
While I did enjoy the movie TDK, I saw flaws in it. Just like ANYONE that pays attention to the art form of making films WOULD do if they weren't so wrapped up in the hype of the movie and the frenzy of people waiting in line to suck on Batman's jock.
See, that's what I find so sad. They are too busy trying to thump their chest and show off their 'skills' at bashing someone that said 'Wait, hold on......'. Instead of defending the movie's PLUSES.
So, let them do it. I assure you all of their attacks are just laughed off because not a single one has gotten their mouths off of Nolan/Bale/Ledger's cocks long enough to actually tell me anything about the film itself, so I'm already winning. =)
