If it's crap ... We'll tell you
I had almost completely forgotten about 'Warm Bodies' until the trailer arrived today. It's a comedy about a zombie who falls in love with a live woman after eating her boyfriend. I was a bit concerned that this was just another attempt to capitalize on the tween supernatural romance trend, and do I even need to mention what got that rolling? In fact, the trailer has some legitimately funny moments and seems much more willing to take risks than a certain abominable vampire/werewolf/block of wood love triangle franchise. I like the skeletal zombies, reminiscent of Harryhausen's stop-motion skeleton army, and there's even a shout out to the Blue Underground Blu-ray release of Fulci's 'Zombie.' However, there is also one of the most blatant 'Shaun of the Dead' rip-offs I have ever seen. Still not sure what to think, but the trailer has made me at least somewhat optimistic. Take a look at the trailer below and let us know what you think.

Comment by Pedro Miguel Antunes on November 9, 2012 at 5:52pm Do the people still talking about Twilight actually watched the trailer, or are still blindly hating it based on assumptions like I was doing before the trailer?
What is this, Edward and Bella: the reboot!?
