It's not often that a first trailer for a film so eloquently confirms how ill-advised it was from the onset as does the trailer for 'The Three Stooges.' The film, directed by Bobby and Peter Farrelly (the brothers behind 'There's Something About Mary' and 'Dumb and Dumber'), stars Sean Hayes, Will Sasso, and Chris Diamantopoulos as Larry, Curly and Moe respectively. While I will admit that these three guys do spot-on impersonations of the classic comedy goofballs, the film itself looks utterly abysmal. It's not as if the original Stooges were the absolute height of comedy genius, but it still seems like little respect is being paid them by choking the movie with pop culture nonsense. I'm not sure if it's the sexy nun bathing suit, the iPhone jokes, or the fact that it wraps with Moe talking to freaking Snooki, but I just don't hold out much hope for this movie. But I'll leave you to make your own assessment as you view the trailer below.

all I feel is hate for the studio that allowed his movie to exist...

Snookie getting jabbed in the eyes should make me happier. It wasn't as bad as I was expecting but it's pretty bad. It even had the bad comedy font. Bubbly red on white letters.

Is it wrong that I laugh through every moment through it

Just for the record, thinking a film is up shit creek for employing Pop Culture references like Jersey Shore doesn't make you a Hipster... it makes you right.

Sure these guys are spot on impersonations... This is some perfect turd polishing, righto.  But wait, why are you polishing a turd in the first place?  Fuck this movie.

No this is bad, really bad, and whatever reasons for not being able to do it, its evident now why actors such as Sean Penn, Benicio Del Toro, and Jim Carrey backed out on this.  And good for them :). You can only do something original, and never re-hash comedy as original as The Three Stooges.  Whoever wants to see this and enjoy it like they do with current Adam Sandler movies go right ahead, but it really is going to be a terrible movie lol.

I'm going to say something that may get me banned from this site.... This Trailer... is not as bad as I thought it would be.

the only good thing in that trailer was the hot nun getting out of the pool. LOL

The physical humor in the trailer was fun.
