First Teaser Poster For 'The Lone Ranger'
With all the financial difficulties and the otherwise bumpy trail on which has traveled Disney's 'The Lone Ranger,' it was often hard to know if it would ever see the light of theaters. But over the last few months, the most recent push to complete Gore Verbinski's take on the famous masked rider really seems to be on track to make it's release date. Serving as further proof is this first teaser poster for the film. It's not much, but minimalism is sometimes the best tact. Take a look at the trailer below and let us know what you think.

I love the design of the poster, but - except for the semblance of a domino mask - it doesn't really make me think of The Lone Ranger. As others have mentioned, The Crow Returns.
If nothing else I get the feeling this Lone Ranger will be nothing like the old TV/Radio show, and it might be interesting to see what they do with it.

Well this is kinda like Jack Nicholson getting top billing for Tim Burton's Batman even though he played the Joker. I have faith in Verbinski too, but I'm worried this is another Battleship situation; where they get a really talented director to make an utter piece of shit..
