Crispy Cunt Christian posted a statusDreamworks Animation has unveiled the first poster for their upcoming film 'The Croods.' The story takes place in a prehistoric era and focuses on the Crood family led by Grug (voiced by Nicolas Cage). The poster is beautiful and really speaks to the hard work the animators have put into the film. My only hope is that this isn't just Dreamworks trying to capitalize on the 'Ice Age' franchise that has been so successful for Fox. Take a look at the poster below and let us know what you think.
'The Croods' arrive in theaters March 22, 2013

Comment by Boatloads1017 on October 3, 2012 at 6:05pm From Dreamworks's description, this sounded all right. Plus, the Rage Cage is the lead? Count me in. Now I'm just wondering what level of intelligence they're going for (i.e. Flintstones vs Quest for Fire).
Comment by Espeon on September 30, 2012 at 12:44pm I might check it out after Oz the Great & Powerful.
Comment by Rob Townsend on September 29, 2012 at 5:32pm No clue what this is, but it seems cute, I'll keep this on my radar.
Comment by DieHardAlien on September 29, 2012 at 11:32am THIS MOVIE LOOKS AMAZING!!!!!! I'M SURE THERE'S NO DOUBT THAT THE 3D IN THIS WILL BE EXCELLENT AND MIND-BLOWING!!!!!!!!! DREAMWORKS IS LOOKING TO BE THE NEW ANIMATION COMPANY THAT PEOPLE ARE EXCITED TO SEE NOW MORE THAN PIXAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Comment by Y2G on September 29, 2012 at 10:45am They're gonna pimp the fuck outta this movie in 3D
Comment by chubblicious on September 29, 2012 at 1:51am its so wrong..... i want Dreamworks movies more than pixar.... monsters inc better wow me next year, or my hope for pixar is gone!
if you would have told me five years ago that i would be more exited for dream works movies than pixar movies. i would have killed your grandma. its sad really. what do i have to look forward to from pixar: planes, monsters inc 2, a whole bunch of other unnecessary squeals no one wants. on the other hand dreamworks keeps making new and interesting movies and the only ones they make sequels to i actually want to see (how to train your dragon 2, kung fu panda 3)
its funny its like dreamworks continuously stepped up there game to compete with pixar and now that pixar is in decline they have actually become the new standard, well at least in my opinion
