First Glimpse Of Ashton Kutcher As Steve Jobs

The two competing Steve Jobs biopics are definitely not created equal. One has Oscar-winner, and all around phenomenal screenwriter Aaron Sorkin, and the other has...Ashton Kutcher. The arguably lesser biopic, 'Jobs' is being directed by Joshua Michael Stern ('Swing Vote') and today we have the first look at Kutcher as the late tech magnate. I gotta say, as much as the guy irks me, the resemblance is striking. Take a look at the image below and let us know what you think.

'Jobs' hits theaters sometime next year

For comparison sake, the real Steve Jobs...

Yes, I you are right. This guy irks me as well and the resemblance is striking. It is obvious, that Kutcher lacks intelligence, deepness and sharpness of the mind, that Jobs had. Personally, I think, that John Depp or Jim Kerry could make a success to the biopic, exiting and unforgettable. This little guy sings song about Jobs a way better, than Kutcher plays. Ehh, I guess. Something tells me this is gonna be the lamer of the two biopics.

Why does Steve Jobs look so Greek?

Comment by Klatez on December 5, 2012 at 11:28am
Well at least when this films out he'll have enough of a physical resemblance to the real Steve Jobs. Whether or not the resemblance will be in his performance, that's another question that without any clips I just cannot answer.

OK, the ghost of Jobs now hates me...

So... How many love children did Jobs have again?

Zing!

@ Niall Evans by 'breaks through' you mean the first thing he's been in within the last 10 years that hasn't sucked?

@Dubya- the hate for this guy over the ones you mentioned is the fact that he's fucking EVERYWHERE or seems to be. I see him around a lot more than the others mentioned (in your post) and he's always acting really smug, even if it's just commercials, despite his subpar films/TV/roles. We've been AssKutch saturated. It doesn't feel good. I don't even think it's a nerd community thing, I know a lot of 'regular people' who can't stand him. Some demographic must spooge over the guy...women...stop it.

MAYBE a small chance this will be Kutcher's role where he really fully breaks through?

The Dennis Ritchie movie caused a segmentation fault.
