Dreamworks has released the first clip from 'Fright Night' starring Anton Yelchin and Colin Farrell. Yelchin plays high school senior Charlie Brewster who begins to suspect his new creepy neighbor Jerry (Farrell) is a vampire. In the scene, Jerry not-so-subtly attempts to intimidate Charlie by bringing up his mother (Toni Collette), and his girlfriend (Imogen Poots):
In between the smell of neglect and a high-school girl's "ripeness", I think it's fair to say that Colin Farrell is playing the role with every bit of skeezy uneasiness as the original. The horror comedy also stars Christopher Mintz-Plasse and David Tennant and will be out in 3D theaters on August 19th.

Comment by David on June 1, 2011 at 12:25am I'm not worried about Farrell, I'm more concerned about Tennant's Peter Vincent...I mean, why (I mean really...WHY) would a kid go to a Criss Angel-wannabe douchebag for help with a vampire? When you think of "magicians" do you really think "Hey they know lots about vampires! :D"
No. No you don't.
