Cyrus, Leon, Brian, Jason and Allison(!) present their latest update from Fantastic Fest 2011. 'A Boy and his Samurai', 'Aardvark', butt dragons, honkies, 'Rabies', Cujo's Courvoisier and Rick Baker:
As a special bonus, here is a recap of this years Fantastic Feud (in which two teams compete in a 'Family Feud' style film-based game show):
And quite frankly, it wouldn't be a Texas event without a little firepower... and by "little" we mean A LOT. 12-guage, to be exact:
And then we ended the night with our good friends Karaoke Apocalypse, the greatest (karaoke) band on the planet! If you got a chance to perform with them at this year's Spill Dot Con, you know how hard they rock:

Comment by Paul Monroe on October 5, 2011 at 9:08pm I'm Brazilian and this logo here on the left is actually the logo of the Brazilian Elite Squad depicted in the movie Elite Squad I and II.
Elite Squad I was more of an action movie, even though the action was of the ugliest kind (and realistic - those kinds of things really take place at the favelas in Brazil).
The second one is a more mature film, discussing the roots of violence and criminality in Brazil. Great movie.
In Brazil it beat Avatar at the box office (do some research on the internet) which was clearly a huge accomplishment.
The fact is that the problems the movie depict are so close to us Brazilians, that I think international audiences might have a hard time digesting it - yet I think it is really worth watching.
