Faris, Timberlake and Aykroyd to Join 'Yogi Bear'

The Hollywood Reporter says that Anna Faris, Justin Timberlake and Dan Aykroyd are in negotiations to star in Yogi Bear, Warner Bros.' feature take on the classic Hanna-Barbera cartoon.
Faris will play a nature documentarian who follows the antics of a bear in fictional Jellystone Park. Aykroyd and Timberlake would voice Yogi and his sidekick Boo Boo, respectively.
Eric Brevig is set to direct the live-action/CG hybrid film, which may start production in New Zealand in December, while Brad Copeland penned the current script.

@Poison Pirate - I live in New Zealand. And after epics like Lord of The Rings I just feel plain embarrassed that maybe this rubbish will be made here. I'm guessing the main reason is coz they will be using Weta workshop. I suppose if its good enough for Cameron to doAvatar with Weta, then anything less will be easy for them. :(
