Epic 5-Minute Trailer For 'Cloud Atlas'
The Wachowski's ('The Matrix') and Tom Tykwer ('Run Lola Run') have teamed up for what looks to be something incredible in 'Cloud Atlas.' The first trailer has hit the web and it's a massive five-minute exploration of the movie's various facets. I feel it may give away a bit too much, but then again the scope of this thing is enormous, so who knows? Take a look at the trailer below and let us know what you think.

I love the shot at 4:03 where Hally Berry is in a car crash and it feels fast paced, yet it's in slow mo. It uses slow mo for an emotional event, instead, of an action sequence. This is quite an unusual trailer. And I have no idea what the hell this movie is even about, but I'm reading that book, and I'm seeing this movie.

Twist ending: this is really a Hawkman/Hawkgirl movie which will tie into the Justice League movie.

Very Fountain like. Interesting though but I must say I think I should read the book first.
And it appears that Agent Smith could time travel.

Loved LOVED this book, one of my favorites of all time, i've been recommending it for years to friends. Glad to see this looks so amazing. I had to laugh when i noticed they changed Papa Song's logo from the "Golden Arches" in the novel, for obvious copyright issues that would have arisen. Makes me wonder what else they will have changed...?

Cool, so this movie will be 8 hours long, right? Catheter and pee bag on standby.
