July, the time when all the big movies hope to come out!

So lets start with...
July 2nd
The Twilight Saga: Eclipse
Now, if I had done this a week back, I would of given this Some Ole Bulls**t, but I saw the new trailer, and it seems to be a little more entertaining than the previous 2. I'm stuck watching this one whether I like it or not, due to lady teenage friends who "OMG, TWILIGHT, JUST JACUMMED MY PANTS!!!!!111!!!11!1!!!, PATTIGAUSM". So I might as well look forward to it.
PREDICTION: (Low) MATINEE!
The Last Airbender
I would of said you were crazy to go up against Twilight with this, but I guess considering it's going to be in 3-D now, It could go either way. Not a lot can be said on this one, it doesn't look particualar intresting, I wasn't a fan of the cartoon, so I probably won't be seeing this. It depends on reviews if I watch this.
Prediction: RENTAL
July 9th
Despicable Me
This full looks so packed to the rim with god knows what, I haven't got a clue what the MAIN plot is about. From what I can gather, Steve Carrel plays an evil dick, who adopts 3 little girls, while trying to conqire the world, while trying to fend of rival dicks trying to steal his thunder. Yeah, I know what you mean, doesn't seem very good. Really it's just an idea to have some inventive jokes in there and have so silly 3-D effects tossed in to make you pay extra. It's nothing Pixa wothy.
Prediction: RENTAL
Predators
Now this should be cool. What do you get when you have a bunch of dangrous killers in an alien jungle, with a fuck load of predators hunting you down. A fucking awesome movie, I can't wait.
I doubt it'll be the Aliens to Alien, but it will be one fun theatre going experince!
Prediction: FULL PRICE!!!
July 16th
Inception
Probably the film with the biggest amount of expectation expected from it, yet nobody has a single clue what to expect from it. We all just know it's going to blow us away, it's going to be mend-bendingly complex, franticly fast-paced and a thousand mindfucks to boot. How can you not be excited?
Prediction: FULL PRICE!!!
The Sorcerer's Apprentice
It's another Disney action Blockbuster, what can you expect, low on brains, high on specticle. I'll be watching Inception and not looking back on this one, but I can bet any of you any amount of money, that this won't be godawful. It's gone a long way from Mickey Mouse killing a live broomstick.
Prediction: MATINEE!
July 23rd
Salt
This is that one film that attempts to be smater than it actually is, it feels like it's going to have a huge mindboggling twist, that will either work or flop so hard it'll bang it's head so hard on the floor it's tiny little brain will fling out one of it's ears, mainly the right. I have hope for it, it just seems like a very generic action film, that will attempt to be smarter, than it is. It's like a monkey wearing glasses.
Prediction: MATINEE!
Dinner for Schmucks
My god Steve Carrell, what are you doing? I know he's better than this, but in every film it's either him being awkward or screaming. This is the same. Like looking at the poster, it Steve Carrell being an idiot, and Paul Rudd being...Paul Rudd, it's not the worst piece of crap I've seen coming up this Summer, it just feels so pointless and unnessacery.
Prediction: RENTAL
July 30th
Beastly
Looking at the poster, it looks like some spooky horror film, but watching the trailer. It's Twilight with that guy who was going to be in those teen James Bond movies, getting some weird tattoo's, moaning, and not getting any of Vanessa Hudgens. It looks gay, I know that's not a good way to describe it, but be honest with yourself, look at the trailer, and tell me straight in the face that your going to go watch this because it looks good.
Prediction: SOME OLE BULLS**T!!!
Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Pussy Galore
FFFUUUUCCCCCKKKKKK ME, are you serious, they actually dug out Cats and Dogs and made a sequel to it, AND it's getting a theatrical release...WIDE!!! What is up with the world!!!

July 30th is not going to be a good day, wow, what a negative to end on, two some ole bulls**t's, here's hoping August will be more positive...

I wanna see Eclipse only because New Moon was fricking hilarious. It was almost as if the director knew how terrible the series was and went with it. Let's hope there's more unintentionally silly slo-mo scenes where the twitchy chick and the glitter fairy prance about in a field.

I know how you feel about "Eclipse", I'm going to see it with a friend who will be paying for my ticket, because I paid for her "Avatar" ticket. I'm also really looking forward to "Predators" and "Inception" for July!

How can you say that the Eclipse trailer is good?? It was just momentum and only TWO shots of "the battle". It doesn't suprise me though, despite Twilight being as sucky as it is, what more can you expect from a film made in six months?
I think you are underestimasting The Last Airbender. The last trailer is cool as hell I say it will be at least a solid matinee, if it's only just for the action.
Predators looks good. The rest looks like shit, of course, excluding Inception. I think giving Inception a Full Price is an understatement. I am quite positive that it will achive a Better Than Sex.

I thought New Moon looked dreadful from the very start, the only way I enjoyed it was just laughing out loud in the theatre with a friend!

Don't be fooled by Eclipse's trailer. They pulled the same routine with the last 2 Twilight movies: 1 boring trailer, and 1 decent trailer. New Moon's trailer actually gave me hope that it wouldn't suck, but it turned out WORSE than Twilight.

Somebody please tell me I'm not the only one who could never take Angelina seriously as an action heroine. Anyway, whining aside, brilliant list. On a logical "we've seen this 100 times before" level "Salt" doesnt look very good...but god damn if i dont keep going back and re-watching that trailer almost to the point where im getting pretty damn excited about it XD
