Dragonball Evolution Won't Be Seen in (Most) Theatres

My bosses were looking at upcoming movies and busted out laughing when they realized the Dragonball movie is coming out soon. But then I got some of the best news I’ve heard from them in a long time.

My theatre chain will not be playing Dragonball Evolutions. Nation wide. That's right. Not a single movie theatre owned by the corporate movie theatre chain I work for will be showing this film.

Why? Because the corporate employee in charge of booking movies knows when a bomb is coming and has told the studio “No.” In fact, corporate believes that if we do get one screen for that movie that nobody would go to it.

I hope the other corporate-own theatres follow suit and the movie doesn’t see the light of day.

hi man, i don't know if i am going to see that shitfest in cinema, to be honest i streamed it(watched the whole movie in about 5minutes) and it has nothing incoman with dbz, i dont want my money to be a part of a profanation. i love the series, it is all great maybe the last "saga" isn't that good but all the way to the cell games its gold. FOX raped goku and his friends badly so fuck'em.
Once again sorry for my english, i am at work right now. peace

Well, that's good to hear, some people have some sense on what not to release

Because Hannah is going to make more money and make repeat business. It's a Disney Character movie, and they know how to market their characters to please the fans in order to get the most business. Dragonball clearly doesn't do that.

Please. If something as ridiculous as Disaster Movie, Meet the Spartans, or The Happening can be released when many people already have an idea that the movie will be bad, every movie ought to have a fair shot. Besides, it's coming out the same weekend as a Hannah Montana movie, so why not just enjoy the fights between the rabid fanboys and pre-menstruating fangirls?
