Dead Island Mini Review
Zombies, zombies, zombies you got to love them right? Well maybe not love I see them as a once in a while sort of thing. We are all tired of zombies so here is a zombie game mini review of Dead Island. This game is like if Dead Rising met Borderlands. Yet took the best parts of both those games and put them in the game poorly. I am not the biggest fan of this game at all, for numerous reasons. First the story is garbage it is just try and escape the island, which is fine but when you have no character development and no climatic scenes you just don’t care. The sound is boring the game is just quiet besides the zombies there is no music and the voice acting is terrible. Gameplay that is only fun when you are with friends alone the game is boring as hell if you completed this game alone great because I never would have. The weirdest thing is the level up system which works except all the enemies level up with you. So you basically never feel powerful or even halfway strong. I do love is the weapons. Not the beginning weapons in the game but the mod weapons. You can make an electric katana and if that doesn’t convince you of its’ awesomeness then how about a exploding knife. The weapons are the only thing that saved this game. Overall the game isn’t worth the money, even with friends once you beat it you will never go back to it. If a friend owns it then barrow the game but otherwise don’t waste the money. I give this a D.

I just don't like boring games and the voice acting is terrible if none of it stands out the guy you mentioned sounded like a stereotypical black man. He didn't sound like a voice actor. I did forget in the review how much I enjoyed the gore the game didn't piss me off it just didn't do anything worth while.

@TheBoneMage Does the voice acting matter if the story is ass, I skipped every talking scene because it was boring as hell. You played the game by yourself that's awsome because you did what I couldn't, I couldn't stand this game.
