Besides being controversial for just the heck of it if you are a fan of the manga then this anime version isn’t for you. The first episode drags ass only the last five minutes do you get vampires and leading up to that you get news reports and people debating on a game show if vampires are real seriously its called VAMPIRE bund we know their will be vampires we don’t need these morons debating it.

The anime at the beginning goes in to slice of life territory but only half-heartedly and has a amnesia story which at the beginning seems pointless but after watching the whole series looking back it does makes since towards the end after you have thought about the plot for a while. But the awkward shifts between different perspectives doesn’t give you a firm grasp who is really telling this story or who is the focal point it would have been easier if this series was episodic but even they cant get that right.

For some reason i feel like I’m watching a anime made in the 90's all that this anime has going for it is its creepy loli and shoto fan-service and a unfocused plot.

In American people got kind of pissed when they found out that a majority of the nudity was being cut out having seen it. You could get arrested in America on the grounds this could be considered child pornography.

Should you get this is, if you really want a lackluster story and FANSERVICE. Just skip this their have been better vampire anime and this would just be a waste of time.

I Recommend: Hellsing Ultimate OVA since this year episode 5-7 are being translated.

Also i almost forgot this akward forced CGI its like really was that nessisary to the plot at all no its not.
