Comic-Con 2009 Wrap-up Quiz: Homework of Spilldos this week.
*Whew!* Oh man, what an exhausting week, running around Comic-Con and now that we're finally back home...we're gonna be just as busy this week. Besides playing catchup on our regular schedule of movie reviews you can expect this week we'll be filling the blogs and podcasts with the details of what we did on the trip, what cool stuff we saw, what happened at the Spill party and what famous people we hung out with.
Take note: Even though we saw plenty of VERY famous people walking around (some of them we even interviewed), we're all kinda "meh" about the big name celebs. All of our best stories came from the more obscure stars who actually mean something to us personally. Some by random encounters that turned into 3 hour hang out sessions.
For the greater enhancement of your Lets Do This League of Extremely Couple of Cold Ones experience this week I'm giving you an open-book (or open-Wikipedia) Pop Quiz with clues as to some of the people we'll be talking about this week, so you don't spend half the podcasts going, "Who??? Who the hell is THAT?"
Chime back in with your guesses and we'll see who can get the most correct before I reveal the answers on Friday.
1) EASY
This Baby Boy has a new comic book coming out from Image comics called "Mayhem" and was most recently seen in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
2) MEDIUM HARD
Until Kingdom Come this man will be known as one of the greatest writers of The Flash, Fantastic Four, etc. and he's now the Editor-in-Chief of BOOM! Studios.
3) MUSICAL CLUE
Coincidentally, he's also in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
4) HARD
One of the biggest living legends of comics next to Stan Lee, as editor-in-chief this infamous, not-so-gentle giant rose Marvel Comics to near total domination of the comic book market through out the 80s and 90s and all the stories that are still used as source material for movies and cartoons were created under his leadership.
5) VIDEO CLUE
Does this man look familiar to you? He's one of the all-time great television character actors from the 70s.
Okay, what about "I said 'LUNCH' not 'LAUNCH'!!!". Huh?
...And the quiz begiiiiiiiiinnnns NOW! Each questions worth 20 points and happy listening.

The only one I got was the great Chuck McCann....I use to love watching his show from WPIX in NYC....one of the weird channels we got BC...(before Cable)

But that kindá sucks you guys blew off his invitation to hang out with spill members, I mean sure you can't blow off the Spill members but you should've atleast made some time to go check it out even if it's for a minute of two.
But whatever, can't wait for the podcasts where you guys talk about it.
