Wow................................just wow, I never knew how far someone could exploit a Persons inner Secrets. Or Personalitty if you will. There true face, what they really think. And you know something? In between all those moments, were flopping Penis's, annoiying Music, dumb plot. And well anything thats "Gay"
This is Bruno, created from the oblviously insane (possibly gay) Sacha Baren Cohen
Now I can see what hes doing, back in the late 90's and early 2000's he made a show called "Da Ali G Show"
Which featured three Characters, One being a White British wannabe Rapper. The second being a Kaczyckstanian TV Reporter, and the third being a Flamboiyant Austrian TV Fashion Show Host. So he is giving each there own Movie.
Heres the official review
Okay, just to start right off the bat. Borat was so much better, but that doesn't necessarily mean this was horrible, just
not a good. Not as funny, and well not as enjoyable, but even more annoiying. Okay I can't watch Borat over and over and over again, but I watched it after I saw this in the theater. And comparing the two is like comparing Transformers 1 and 2, (which I loved both) Borat is better, but Bruno is also very funny.
My real problem with it is that there are much more staged events then in Borat, when those scenes came up I was saying "this is going to be hilarious" but then cause its staged it doesn't feel realistic or hilarious.
Just meh, and this Movie is grosser (if thats even a word) then Borat, litterally looking at it, Borat wasnothing compared to this, and most of it was really unnecessary.
Plot (from imdb)
Borat trickster Sacha Baron Cohen returns to the big screen to offer yet another stinging dose of sociopolitical satire in this comedy that finds him assuming the persona of gay fashionmonger Bruno, the self-proclaimed "voice of Austrian youth TV." Originally conceived as part of Cohen's cult television series Da Ali G Show, the character of Bruno offered a cleverly costumed Cohen the opportunity to highlight the absurdities of the fashion industry by interviewing unsuspecting fashion icons and other haute couture hangers-on.
Comedy lightning strikes twice for mickey-take meister Sacha Baron Cohen when his gay Austrian fashionista runs amok in America. In this bargain-basement narcissus' never-ending quest for "celebrity", Bruno attempts to seduce a onetime presidential hopeful, adopts a black African baby and provokes a near riot at a caged boxing bout in Texas. Essential exposure of redneck prejudice skips hand in hand with elaborate candid camera-style con tricks. Borat buffs will know exactly what to expect.
Acting
Well even though gross and annoiying, Sacha Baren Cohen is funny as hell, and Bruno is still pretty hilarious, mainly because half of his humor was ridiculous. Luntz was basically Azamat from Borat, except Gay. Everyone else including OJ were pretty good, even though half was staged.
FX
Well the Audio/Visual Presintation is pretty good. I noticed (just as the Spill Crew) that there was more editing.
The Picture and Sound quality were pretty good.
Final Thoughts
For me, lightning did not strike twice for Sacha but even though this didn't even come close to Borat, it wasn't bad and it was better the his Ali G Movie. The Plot felt almost identical to Borats.
All in all, if you can ignore all the dumb or gay or unnecissary parts the Movie is pretty funny, yes I did laugh and hopefully you will too.
I wonder what Sachas stiring up next.
