Behind the Scenes Set Shots of the Spider-Man Reboot
A few weeks ago we posted an article (Click here to read) that revealed the first shot of Andrew Garfield in the new costume for the upcoming Spider-Man reboot. Since then there have been a whole slew of new images that have made their way onto the internet.
We had our very own MetalVirgin take a look at a few of these images and she had some commentary on the shots we thought you would like to hear.
Is it just me or is that dude holding Spidey's "web" really upset looking? He should be yelling "Curse you Spider-Man!"
You know, it wasn't until I looked at his shadow that I realized he wasn't dragging his ass on the ground. Am I the only one who thought that?
Well sure, he could websling up there. But then he would just feel like a jerk for bringing the ladder and not using it.
How do you explain to your insurance agency that you got carjacked by Spider-Man?

Man I know alot of comic purist hate the new suit, but that is FUCKING AWSOME!!! Keep in mind these are photos and not fancied-up by editors yet, but I believe that suit will go great with Garfield's slim bodystyle and make him look more sleek and agile, I think the long red down the chest and lines dragging down the legs will compliment his long limbs. Give it time, after Spider-Man 3 this franchise can go nowhere but up.

The more I watch the original Spidey trilogy the more I realize...the first one was average at best. The second one is still pretty damn good..and the 3rd one is an even bigger piece of shit than I thought. So I'm optimistic about a reboot.

I think it llooks great. i like the suit design, and I love that they have a stunt man doing some effects, especially the web swinging. Theres foootage of the dude flipping into the back of the black truck too.
i remain cautiously optimistic.

IMO Rebooting Spiderman is waaaaaaaaaaay too early (2-3 years maybe??) and Andrew Garfield is nothing but a stand-in for Toby Maguire.

I dnt know if its just me but Tobey Maguire looked a bit more pumped in the suit then Andrew Garfield does, he looks like a Toothpick
