Beautiful Trailer For Ang Lee's 'Life of Pi'

I'm still not sure how I feel about Ang Lee as a filmmaker. I liked 'The Ice Storm,' and 'Brokeback Mountain' is great, but I'm not a big fan of 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon' and 'Hulk' is abysmal. All that being said, I am really interested in his latest movie 'Life of Pi.' I hadn't heard anything about it, but when I watched this trailer, I was absolutely hooked; gorgeous visuals and what appears to be an epic, coming-of-age story. Take a look at the trailer below and let us know what you think.

'Life of Pi' hits theaters November 21st

@krodsmash very true, that comment right there and this trailer reminded me of Kipling's tiger Sher Khan from this Chuck Jones Jungle Book short:

I loved Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, it was the last great wire effect movie in my opinion, hero and house of flying daggers were subpar and came afterwards (I forgot who the director was of those two flicks btw). But after that I didn't really care to much for Ang Lee's films, but this is (for me) a return to the Ang Lee that I expected to see throughout the years. I hope the film is a great as it looks.

Me again... I just read that it's supposed to be in 3D as well... such a shame. I hope it's in IMAX.

Also the part with the whale. The visuals looked really good as well. Ang Lee, don't let us down...

From I'd say 1:08-1:10, that is the most stunning visual of sun, clouds, and water I've seen. The boat just pops because of red interior of the white boat. Beautiful!
