Beautiful Trailer For Ang Lee's 'Life of Pi'

I'm still not sure how I feel about Ang Lee as a filmmaker. I liked 'The Ice Storm,' and 'Brokeback Mountain' is great, but I'm not a big fan of 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon' and 'Hulk' is abysmal. All that being said, I am really interested in his latest movie 'Life of Pi.' I hadn't heard anything about it, but when I watched this trailer, I was absolutely hooked; gorgeous visuals and what appears to be an epic, coming-of-age story. Take a look at the trailer below and let us know what you think.

'Life of Pi' hits theaters November 21st

The book essentially supports believing in a comforting lie rather than the truth.

I'm sorry you feel that way. The book spends its entire first half trying to explain the plausibility of these 4 animals living together. That said, in the end the decision to believe which story is true is up to reader.

Never read the book. All I know about it is a guy's in a row boat with a tiger. This looks interesting and definitely beautiful. But really, anything that keeps Ang away from comic book movies is fine by me....

The book was actually really enjoyable - this could turn out interesting.

Show me the Hyena damnit!

This looks astonishing. I'm in love. In love with a film.

Way too much (bad) cgi for me.

I know nothing about this, but I know I don't like everything CGI. only a few things.
