Alice in Wonderland set to come out March 5 2010, has already spread through out different places through the world, such as merchandise from Hot Topic, to showing their trailers in 3-D. But Alice in Wonderland is even influencing the world of music. Popular Fueled by Ramen band, Paramore, has released a new video (directed by Meiert Avis) for their newest single "Brick by Boring Brick, off of their newest rock album "Brand New Eyes." The beautiful video includes many Alice in Wonderland references. We begin with the lead singer of Hayley Williams-with blond hair the same color as the little girl- swinging and singing next to a man, also known as Josh Farro their lead guitarist, digging a grave that has things such as: a white rabbit, clocks and card. Cameos are also made by Jeremy Davis (bass) is a knight, Zac Farro (drums) is a robber and Taylor York (guitar) is a gnome.

The story includes a little blond girl with butterfly wings entering a secret door leading into a mysterious Wonderland of interesting characters. Some of the characters you may find familiar like, A man drinking tea with a creature that seems to look like a mouse, A queen covered in hearts, and two chubby twin boys surrounded by mushrooms. The girl then goes into a castle surrounded by mirrors.

The castle then because dark, and a storm begins to brew around her and demon like creatures are appearing in the mirrors. Out of fear, the girl removes her wings and runs out of the castle. She eventually gets out, after picking up her lost doll and having to struggle away from flowers and weeds attempting to keep her in the Wonderland. The girl then falls into the grave the man has been digging throughout the video. The man begins showering dirt on top of her.
There is no news on whether the song will be in the Tim Burton movie or not, but judging by the video and he lyrics in the song such as "She lives in a fairy tale, Somewhere too far for us to find, Forgotten the taste and smell,Of the world that she's left behind." I don't think anyone would mind having this song for a single.
