I saw another SIFF film last night, Thale. I don't have as much to say about it, because it wasn't that good. Visually it was weird, but the plot was kind of dusty and it moved extremely slow. I suppose it was relying on suspense, but it really wasn't effective. The movie was kind of short, which is good in the sense that I wasn't enjoying myself, but it felt like not enough happened.

For a movie with a unique premise, it really played it bu the numbers.
