So Quentin Tarantino finally has matched Pulp Fiction when I first heard Inglorious Basterds I thought i want to see that movie and pictured the basterds as Harvey Kietel , John Travolta, Michael Madsen and all the other alumni of the tarantino movies.
So How does one describe the movie picture french new wave meets sergio Leone meets the Dirty Dozen with a dash of Hitchcockian intensity. The Guy that Plays the Antigonist Hans Lander is Amazing if Dicaprio took the role that would be Awesome. Tarantino great cameos from mike myers to voice cameos of sam Jackson & Harvey Kietel This Film gives my generation a pulp fiction type film for college kids. This is a 70's feel movie. I love how Tarantino's soundtrack is basically scores from other movies which matches the intensity
Brad Pitt gives a great performance as Aprache Aldo with a dash of John Wayne . Eli Roth is great as a bear Jew who has great moments. Samm levine is only there for 5 minutes but has the best scene for his character it. This is such a dark comedy has it's moments
So The movie doesn't have much action but the Dialogue is more intense then the action classic Tarantino and feels like Tarantino slowly moving chess pieces to make you cringe like in se7en when brad pitt is asking what's in the box and then takes the ending of reservoir dogs and Cranks it Up to 11 and gives us lots of Oh shit I just shot marvin moments. the ending of the film is ridcuilous think Scarface meets the ending of Hostel 2 Quentin Tarantino is really making a mark with this film
