I know how frustrating it can be to have a podcast when someone isn't paying attention...because I got to witness it first hand over Thanksgiving weekend.

It's a running joke on my boyfriend's podcast that he does not pay attention sometimes while recording (or falls asleep, but that hasn't happened in a while).  Thankfully there are three other guys there to host, but he will play Facebook games a lot during the recording, which one of the hosts gets really irritated about even if only in jest.  This week I was guest hosting and I'll be goddamned if my boyfriend wasn't on eBay throughout almost the whole thing.  That got me a bit annoyed, but the guys are used to it and I was putting out a lot of banter in his stead so it all worked out.

I didn't like Fight Club the first time I saw it. The second time I liked it and the third time I loved it. It took me two viewings to like Alien 3, too. Behold, the power of Fincher!

Yeah, but they aren't using it in a comedic manner. They are using the word transvestite as a descriptive word to describe transgendered people. I've never heard them use the word "faggot" to DESCRIBE a gay person; they may use it for comedic purposes which there is nothing wrong with. I've never heard them use the word "nigger"(not nigga) to DESCRIBE a black person; they may use it for comedic purposes which there is nothing wrong with.

 

And actually, im not blaming them. Many people use the incorrect word transvestite to describe a transgendered person, it all comes down to simple ignorance. If korey/leon want to use transvestite to make jokes there's nothing wrong with that.
