@eric's back- After "Other" Will Smith left I wasn't planning on posting anything else relating to guns, but this has to be said.

The NRA stopping gun sales? That the most hilarious concept I've heard from Pro-gun users. I don't know about anyone else but it seems like every time there is a massacre, the first thing I usually see when I log onto facebook is an add from the NRA talking about "how Obama is the most anti-gun President we've ever had" or that "he's planning to ban all guns." After Sandy Hook Elementary, I saw an add where they use the tragedy to convince other people to buy memberships for their family members as Christmas presents because "Obama plans to take everyone's guns, so they better act now and purchase NRA members for the entire family as nice Christmas gifts." How can anyone say they're stopping gun sales when there is evidence to believe that they use tragedies to capitalize (not prevent) on paranoia? 

There is absolutely no proof that Obama is trying to take everyone's guns away.Prior to the 23 Executive orders, Gun laws have become more lenient under the Obama administration than under the Bush administration.

Admittedly, i didn't fully read it but now? the person who wrote the the article as no idea what hes talking about, he  and every writer of the bill thinks the NRA is 'Stopping Gun Sales' and the reason for that is The NRA stopped the ATL from Enforcing or Regulating and of guns, as far as NICS goes, it could have work if the NRA or any SO Called Gun Owner Contradicting every law on Guns or Blaming people for Not Arming themselves, and you may not think that way, at All, but, a Lot of people Especially Gun Rights Politicians do, all your doing is playing the victim of tyranny, and you should really think about this, they're were still record high gun sales last year and continuing to grow, However with Registrations, but still, people still can buy guns, and your complaining about about Regulations that already exist, but aren't even being enforce

What do you have to hide? Why are you so concerned about registering your weapons? If you check out perfectly, wouldn't you be able to keep your guns anyway? I'm not concerned about the mentally stable owning guns and keeping them safe. You prove that you are mentally capable, emotionally stable, and professionally trained, your rights will stay with you. Having the freedom to keep your guns for protection and hunting is a privileged that the rational people should respect.   

BTW- I'm not arguing with the definition of a milita. You didn't answer my question about being "well regulated". Guns need regulation, it is a dangerous weapon, and many are not qualified to use said dangerous weapons. I hear too many stories about a man pulling his gun out at a neighbor for something stupid like having his music too loud. There's also quite a bit of accidental gun deaths that happen practically on a daily basis that hardly get covered.

40% of gun sales are privately through Gun Shows. This combined with the 0.88:1 guns to people ratio in the US shows that something needs to be done. Too many guns in this country, too many loop holes, and too many unstable/criminal/unqualified people handling guns.

We need more gun regulation and education!

i Thought you said its the fault of Law Enforcement for not enforcing the Law, and yet Registering People with Psychological Issues won't help? and the BID system, why would that be any better? and you expect 'Stupid People' who 'Misuse Guns' to Abide by what BID says? and also, you do know that stupid people can buy guns as well as Mentally Unstable People.
