I'm pretty sure that no one would be upset if they started making up their own titles. They haven't actually used a real Fleming story in FSM knows how long. I mean, Quantum of Solace? What the hell does that even mean? A tiny tiny bit of comfort? I would think that killing everyone involved would bring a bit more comfort than that. It sounds more like the title of an episode of Star Trek than a Bond film. Still, I guess it's better than Squidoboobs or GoldenBigToe.
To cleanse your palate from this cerebral event of a title, I present the two new Bond girls:

Apparently it's the name of a short story in Ian Fleming's For Your Eyes Only collection of Bond short stories. Of course, much like other films taken from the short stories, it will have practically no connection to the story at all. The film will start one hour after the events of Casino Royale and follows Bond tracking down the killers of Vesper Lynd.I'm pretty sure that no one would be upset if they started making up their own titles. The Quantam of Solace. In everyday language means The Amount of Comfort and that would have been worse. At least the title's got people talking. If it's going to be a revenge pic, I guess it kind of fits. How many mo-fo's do you have to kill to feel better about your chick dying?
