aww,you still write poems?i bet your poem book is as thick as our family bible by now lol.i'm a guy and I gotta say,that was sweet.you really love that man don't you.i remember when you and i were toddlers and we used to play together and you'd always be nice to me even though i was mean to you..i kinda miss you..a little..okay, a lot.

Well it is not as cheerful but let me share something that is special to me.
Based on a true story of myself....
I hope you did not mind me sharing this.

Just a sad poem
People do not know what it is to be like me.
I always do my best in life and be all I can be.
All to often I always fall short.
Not from a lack of trying or not trying to look.
I cannot find a true love in my as I strife
I am old fashioned and crave romance in my life.

The girl that I want is my best friend.
We had many talks
She always told me she would be there for me till the end.
I have no wants from another.
From who it could be offered from I could not be bothered.

I did my best and know I must move on.
But there has been so many times like this
I feel I cannot go on.
Love has hurt me in so many ways.
They say time will heal all wounds but I still count the years and days.

As I get older and lose track of friends.
I wish that the one I truly loved would be there at the end.
For my heart wants one thing in this life.
To have a best friend, a family, a wife.

I feel I ask to much from this world for what it is worth.
For the one I love I will not see
when I am buried in this earth.

I know compassion and I know love.
But for what it is worth
I feel I am numb
I cannot feel of these feelings from the spirit from above.

I know am an outcast within my own skin.
and I desperately try to find a new place to begin.
Alas I cannot find this place
The one I saw when dreaming of her face

So I now begin to shrink away
For me there is never no happiness
Not tomorrow not today

For without my best friend, my closest confidant in which I reside.
I must now turn away from her
but then I lose all of myself and my pride.

My heart tells me to keep trying for what I need.
but all it gets is the feeling for tears and to bleed.

My mortal days are numbered just like yours
as a person with a heart
I hope your dreams never get floored
My dearest friend
I hope your love never again gets ignored.

but that is life as cruel as it is
that makes me wish even more
that I never did exists

Why have dreams for a life you cannot live?
Why try to have a life that you could only for wish?
Why wish for a family with a son that you could only see in a dream?
My dreams vanish now in my tears and my screams

In the end I can only hope
in my dying days I can try to cope
as I slowly wither away
I sometimes wish I to not live another day.

When your hopes and dreams are gone
it is time to sing your swan song

I did the best I could in my life
I took your pain my friend
of what you had to deal with in your life

Love is suppose to be a great and positive thing
in the hopes that one day she would bear your children and wear your ring
Or take your last name no matter how it sounds.
For that I would know no hoops and no bounds

For me with a doubt
I no longer have hope
I have no choice
I will go without

I cannot love another so I must try live
forever out the love
for the one my true love I admit

My heart and pain will forever linger on
even after I die
for her my love will go on

I say these things because for me they are true
forever into the after life
Even in heaven
I will feel blue

so maybe one day when infinity and eternity passes away
That I then will learn to love another girl someday....
