Bill Maher's Religulous isn't just one of the best documentaries I've seen in a while, but also one of the funniest movies in general. This movie's all about religion, it's ridiculousness, and how It's turning rational people into crazies. The scariest part of all this is that it's these crazies which are controlling our government. I'm an Agnostic Jew, which means that although I'm unsure of how the world came to be (amongst other things), I tend to agree with lessons I've learned from the study of Torah. That said, I take little to no offense to a film of this nature. In fact, I downright agree with Maher's way of thinking and even if I didn't, I'd be far too distracted by it's laugh out loud moments to even care. Aside from great humor, Religulous has a crack team of camera-men who are always catching small moments of irony as well as the priceless reactions of those being interviewed. The one flaw of the movie is it's ending which beats you over the head with messages most people already knew of when they chose to see this particular film. It's unnecessary and ends up leaving a bad aftertaste to an otherwise delightful meal. This movie is a must see for anyone who has an open mind and can stand to have their beliefs be challenged in exchange for a good time. FULL PRICE!

Just finished watching it- it is amazing what happens when you have a sick kid, lol- and have to agree that the movie could have ended a little earlier and gotten its point across more dynamically.  Had to see what the Spill crew thought of it, of course.  Great review guys.

I stand by what I said in my previous comment. The point I'm trying to get across is that even if you don't agree with what Maher's way of thinking, you should still check it out for the comedy. I'm not judging the movie based on my beliefs, but rather using my beliefs as an example to how one may view the film. I should know. I wrote it.

Again, There is only one sentence devoted to my background in faith. The rest is me explaining that even if you find a movie like this offensive, you should still be able to enjoy it due to the film's comedy. Cool it.

Much better. Though, I'd like to mention that only one sentance of this review has any thing to do with my personal beliefs.

I never said that I don't enjoy writing reviews. Don't put words in my my mouth. I said that I don't like writing LONG reviews. Let's be honest. Nobody reads long blog posts. We just skim em and in doing so we miss allot of what that person has to say. Now, I'm all for criticism if you actually give me some. What you posted wasn't criticism. It was just, as Cyrus stated, a dick move.

Listen, Kent, your a pretty cool guy. The problem is that you have to start shit everywhere you go. So next time you have a thought.... just let it go.

I see where you're coming from, and if this is the third or fourth review that The Milkman has sent you, I will suggest a few things:

Firstly, consider not opening links sent to regarding a review by The Milkman if you know that it will give you the shits;

Secondly, if you choose to open these posts, prepare for disappointment - these reviews are clearly not up to your standards

I guess what I'm trying to say is that there are times where it is appropriate to be a dick - I feel that this wasn't necessarily the right time. People do not need to be heckled or abused because their content doesn't meet your standards. Maybe I should have made this clearer, rather than personally attacking you.

I hope I have cleared things up, if not, get fucked.

That is all

The Milkman has watched a film and made a judgment based on his experience - length has nothing to do with what defines a review. It must make you feel really good to belittle the opinions of others across the internet, because you seem enjoy doing it.

Contrary to what you may believe, nobody wants to hear the opinions of the amazing DJ Kent Aron. How about you bathe in your self satisfaction and feelings of superiority for a few minutes and step back from the keyboard for a while.

Maybe I should edit the magazine to say "Whiny Internet Cunt", would that be more appropriate?
