Dark Knight getting a re-release
You heard me right folks, The Dark Knight is getting a re-release. Go ahead. Cheer. Jump up and down. Do a little dance if you feel the need. No one will judge you.
Warner Bros. has announced a January release for the box office amazement, in order to generate Oscar buzz.
As if they needed the extra buzz. But hey, if it helps earn the Oscar(s) I feel it deserves, by all means!
Currently, TDK has rung up approx. 512 million dollars, just behind Titanic's box office record. Hopefully, (yes, I'm biast. Sue me.) another run will give it the boost it needs to break the record.
