Do we want a Batman 3?
X-men 3: The death of Scott (Cyclops), Jean, and (well apparently he's not dead") Proffesor Xavier the movie really just well, sucked
Spiderman 3: I loved it, but Venom was underdevoloped, Sandman really didn't need to be in it, and Emo Peter's "Dance" was a little odd.
Godfather Part III: ugh, do we need to say more
Saw 3: I didnt like it but it should have stopped at 1!
Resident Evil 3: Ummm i really havent even seen it but from what I hear, it wasnt that great
And ofcourse, Batman Forever: Sure its fun to watch for some laughs but it totally stopped the darkness of the batman films, so it deserves a spot on the list.
Well if Nolan and Bale are back for Batman, and they stick to the dark style of Batman, i think we will be ok!

If they take a few years, develop a solid script, keep Nolan and Bale plus the original actors, then everything should be good. They know what they are doing if Nolan is taking charge.
Also, we have a responsiblity to judge it as a stand alone, and not try to hype it up and compare it to The Dark Knight.
