Sorry, I'm not gonna tell you too much about Comic Con here, you'll have to wait for me to give up up the goods in detail on the 'League of Extremely Ordinary Gentlemen' podcast this weekend (and Cyrus is already mad at me for saying too much on 'A Couple Of Cold Ones').
What I show do is SHOW you what I can't really convey by just talking.

If you've never been to one of these shows nothing can prepare you for the sheer volume of people who're there. Sorry, not just the people who're there, but the volume of people who're there IN COSTUME! Not models hired by the publishers, just regular attendees.

Here's the kind of professional models you expect to see at the DC Comics booth:

What follows is a minuscule assortment of click-to-enlarge photos that I captured on my shi**y (now in the garbage) camera:

Creepy kid, huh?

Great story. The Red Skull rode in an elevator with us and a guy with his family loudly refused to get in it with us. I think he was Jewish.

"Scooby" was our good friend Andre Meadows of www.blacknerdcomedy.com.

Oh and lest I forget, about 60% of them are women, most of them hot...

I spent the whole show jealous of this dude. In fact, I still am!

Is that enough?...

There was plenty of @ss there, a friend of my was taking photos all day and now has the Comic con 08 : @ss edition. It is great to know we live in a world now where hot chicks are drawn to nerd events.

Nope, all I did was smooth out the graininess. MetalVirgin also posted pictures of her:

There is no way that the guy green lantern is with that hot girl. Leon, you should beat that guy up with your batman suit.

Scooby looks cute. The Joker Lady picture looks like her small head was pasted on...scary. Did Leon photoshop enlarged some other parts of her by mistake? She looks more like a busty female Willy Wonka.

I did photoshop her some because the grainy noise from my cheapass camera was too much!...but all I did was smooth her out. That was all her.
